Can I leave the campsite?

  • You are allowed to leave the campsite anytime you like, however, make sure you have your proof admittance on you.

Camping Rules:

Access

-Always show your wristband before entering or leaving the campsite
-Always keep your camping ticket with you hardcopy or mobile
-You have to be 16+ years old to enter the campsite and festival.
-Luna Village is open day & night

For the camping cooks & bartenders

-Barbecues, stoves, candles, torches, campfires, gas burners and accessories are strictly forbidden. All gas cylinders will be removed from the campsite for safety reasons. Please note that confiscated devices cannot be collected after the festival.

-You can bring your own food & drink to the campsite, but do try to keep it clean and use your common sense. In any case, it is forbidden to serve beverages with an alcohol content over 5%.

-No glass allowed (with the exception of medication)!

-One tray of beer (24 canisters) is the maximum amount that you are allowed to bring onto the campsite.

Logistics

-Small collapsible/retractable push carts, wheeled suitcases and shopping trolleys are allowed.

-(Supermarket) trolleys, pull-along wagons, wheelbarrows, camper vans, etc. (with the exception of wheelchairs for disabled) destroy the soil, so please don't bring them.

Dangerous behavior

-Drones, fireworks, inappropriate behavior, improvised stunts and anything the festival organizer and campsite managers may consider dangerous, will result in removal from the campsite and festival.

Treasure

-The campsite is supervised however it is still advisable to leave expensive stuff at home. Also, don't leave any valuables in your tent. Rent a locker if you want to keep your valuables secure.

Music

-Keep in mind that all music systems are prohibited so as not to disturb the sleep of your fellow campers and local residents. That is why we arranged a top line-up for you.

Tools and sharpened objects

-Shanks, shovels, pliers, wire cutters, wrenches, drills, saws, screwdrivers and anything else that belongs in a toolbox, leave it at home. If otherwise, the objects will be confiscated and there is the possibility exists that access can be denied to the camp or festival site.

No animals allowed

-The only exception is a guide dog and admittance should be requested by e-mail.

Drugs & Weapons

-Weapon and drug possession is prohibited by law.
There is a Drugs Deposit Box at the entrance of the campsite.
The police are immediately notified in every case of suspicion of illegal substances. There will be no exceptions.

-Dry ice and whipped cream cartridges are not allowed on the campsite.

-If caught, you will be removed from the campsite and will get a fine.

Emergency exits

-Keep all emergency exits and passageways free at all times.
Wrongly placed tents that block these exits or passageways will be removed.

Tent size

-There are no rules regarding the size of your tent. Party tents that take too much space (bigger than 3×3) should be left at home. Large army tents are also not allowed.

Power

-The use of generators and power units is strictly prohibited.

Fire

-Setting fire to tents or other objects will be regarded as arson, a punishable offense that can be subject to criminal prosecution.

Campers who break the rules will be removed from the campsite. Serious offenders can be subjected to criminal prosecution and are always reported.

The organizer is not responsible for accidents or theft at or in the vicinity of the festival grounds and the campsites.
